In order to spread the peak hours in our stores, and therefore minimize the chance to spread the virus, we recommend you to make an appointment before coming to the Swapfiets Store. Please be on time for your appointment in order to avoid longer waiting times or crowds.
Simply make an appointment with our Swapfiets app. Here you will also find the adjusted opening times of our branches. As a new customer, you can also make an appointment for the shop when you register on our website to collect your Swapfiets directly.

Following the guidelines and the advice of the federal government we have adjusted our service in Danish cities as of the 20th of April 2020.
From today the following stores are open for customers with an appointment, which can be booked via our Swapfiets app, website or by calling our customer service +45 78793158:
We will be following all the extra hygiene measures, according to the suggestions of the government, to ensure everyone's health and safety in our stores.
We would like to urge customers to make an appointment before visiting our stores. We are still accepting walk-ins, however we have a max. 2 customer policy in our stores and customers with an appointment will be helped first.
Awaiting customers should wait outside in a line with a 2 meters distance to each other until informed otherwise. Please make sure to be on time for your appointment.
You can easily plan an appointment and find all the adjusted opening hours of our stores in the Swapfiets app. You can contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling our customer service +45 78793158.
If you don’t want to visit the stores then our mobile service is also still available in all of the cities where we provide our service. Schedule a repair or exchange via our Swapfiets app.
Following the guidelines and the advice of the federal government, all of our stores are closed. Our mobile service however remains. Our mobile service includes bike repairs for existing customers but also first deliveries for new customers. It is still possible to sign up for a Swapfiets. In case you want to return your bike, please contact our helpdesk at email@example.com or call +45 78 79 31 58 for detailed instructions on how to return the bike in your city. For your own and our safety please make sure to keep a 2 meter distance from our staff at all times. We will do the same. In order to avoid direct contact, our Swappers will - after your verbal approval and in your presence - sign for the receipt of your first Swapfiets. We are doing everything we can to provide you with the best service. In the upcoming period this may take a little longer than you might expect from us. We appreciate your understanding. In response to the coronavirus outbreak (COVID-19), we would like to inform you about the measures we are taking to ensure your and our employee’s health and safety. Swapfiets will remain available for everyone and swapping will still be possible. However our service will be adapted in the coming period.
In addition to following the government guidelines, we are taking extra hygiene measures to ensure everyone's health and safety:
- Employees with any cold symptoms are asked to stay at home. We're also asking you not to schedule a swap if you're showing any of these symptoms.
Cycling is and will continue to be a good way to get around. Therefore, we will ensure that Swapfiets remains available to you. For any service to your bike you will be able to contact us as usual via our app, online and by phone.
