Due to the Corona measures, the Swapfiets Stores are currently only accessible for repair, maintenance and the return of bicycles. To prevent crowds in our stores and to further minimize the risk of the virus spreading, we kindly ask you to make an appointment before you come to the Swapfiets Store for repair, maintenance or to schedule a Swap.
You can easily schedule an appointment or Swap in the Swapfiets app (Android or iOS). In the app you will also find the adjusted opening hours of our stores. Make sure to arrive on time to avoid long lines.
Do you want to register for a Swapfiets? We deliver your bike to the location of your choice. You can easily schedule the appointment for a delivery by registering via the website and choosing delivery by car.
Our mobile service remains available in all cities where we operate. For all Swapfiets Stores and mobile service, the government's guidelines on hygiene apply to guarantee everyone's health.

Swapfiets is 's werelds eerste ‘bike as a service’ bedrijf met een circulair businessmodel. Opgericht in 2014 in Nederland, groeide de scale-up snel uit tot een van de meest toonaangevende leveranciers van micromobiliteit in Europa, met inmiddels meer dan 270.000 leden in Nederland, Duitsland, België, Denemarken, Frankrijk, Spanje en het Verenigd Koninkrijk. En zijn er onverhoopt problemen, dan wordt de fiets binnen 10 minuten in de winkel gerepareerd of direct vervangen zonder extra kosten.
